Information We Collect
We keep only what is necessary to contact you back and deliver your dog.
- Contact form — name, phone number or LINE ID, email (if provided), and your message. This is sent only to our team’s email; it is not stored in the website’s database.
- Dog reservations — name, email, phone, country, billing address, and the dog(s) reserved. Kept in the website’s order system.
- User account — created automatically once a deposit is paid. Stores your email and an encrypted password (we never see your actual password).
- Technical data — our server automatically logs IP address, date/time, and pages accessed, for security and troubleshooting.
We do not store your credit card number or bank account details. Payment is processed on our payment provider’s system, not through our servers.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies the system actually needs — remembering what’s in your cart, keeping you signed in, and keeping forms secure. Disabling these cookies will prevent bookings from working.
What We Use Your Data For
- Contacting you back about what you asked, and updating you on your booking.
- Preparing import documents, pedigree certificates, and sales documents issued per animal.
- Issuing receipts and keeping accounting records as required by law.
We
do not sell or trade your data with anyone for marketing purposes.
Who We Share Data With
Only as far as necessary to get one dog safely to you.
- Our parent company in South Korea — to prepare the dog, health documents, and travel. This means your data is sent outside Thailand.
- Payment provider — to process your deposit payment.
- Airlines and customs/quarantine authorities — as required by import law.
- Hosting and email providers — acting as data processors on our behalf.
How Long We Keep It
Messages from the contact form live only in our team’s email inbox — no copy is kept on the website.
Booking and receipt data is kept as long as necessary for warranty, document issuance, and tax/accounting duties. After that period it is deleted or made unidentifiable.
Want it deleted sooner? Let us know through the channels below — except for parts the law requires us to keep, which we’ll tell you about.

- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion, or request that use of your data be restricted.
