How Booking Works
- The amount paid on the website is a deposit, not the full price. The remaining balance is paid on the day you receive your puppy.
- 1 order = 1 dog. Import documents, pedigree certificates, and contracts are issued per dog, not per order. If you want more than one, please book them separately.
- Once the deposit is received, the puppy’s status changes to Reserved immediately, and no one else can book it.
- Air Cargo shipping is already included in the price. Having a representative personally deliver the puppy to you at the airport is an additional charge.
- The complete set of original documents is handed over together with your puppy on pickup day — they are not sent as digital files.
